Deveron Park, Huntly

This is a housing development by Deveron Homes designed by KDM Architects. The development is on a greenfield site on the outskirts of Huntly and called for sensitive landscape treatment to absorb the development happily into its setting. The planting mix includes native oak and Scots pine which are found locally along with beech hedging and low maintenance shrubs giving good seasonal interest . The houses which are a mix of different sized private homes are due for occupation in 2007
